English Information about the Swedish Lutheran Church in Toronto

Curious about the Swedish Church in Toronto? Here you can find out more.

The Swedish Lutheran Church in Toronto primarily aims to serve the Swedish and Swedish-speaking community in the GTA and Southern Ontario. Our weekly mass is usually in Swedish, but we do also offer events that are open and inclusive to non-Swedish speakers. For example, our weekly waffle café is popular and often has non-Swedish guests, we also have bazaars before Christmas and Easter, and occasionally offer church services that are in English or bilingual such as our biannual jazz services. We are open to everyone regardless of background, and are 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive.

See below for our current offering of events in English (But of course you are always also welcome to our Swedish-speaking events. Who knows, maybe you will learn a word or two? )
