The Swedish Lutheran Church in Toronto primarily aims to serve the Swedish and Swedish-speaking community in the GTA and Southern Ontario. Our weekly mass is usually in Swedish, but we do also offer events that are open and inclusive to non-Swedish speakers. For example, our weekly waffle café often has non-Swedish guests, we also have Christmas and Easter bazaars, and occasionally offer church services that are in English or bilingual (such as our popular biannual jazz service!). We are open to everyone regardless of background, and are 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive.

Our café serving coffee and traditional Swedish waffles is open every Wednesday 12-3pm!

Please consider supporting the church by making a donation. The Swedish Lutheran Church in Toronto is reliant on voluntary donations as we do not charge a membership fee nor receive sufficient support from our parent organization.

Please note that our office and phone line is only open on Wednesdays 1-4 pm. You can always reach us by email (toronto@svenskakyrkan.se) or, in an emergency, the pastor's mobile phone (see below).
