Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) Launch in Sweden

The event marks a significant milestone resulting from the collaborative efforts of numerous organisations and individuals dedicated to enhancing quality and accountability in aid. You’ll learn why and how the CHS has been strengthened and gain insights from diverse speakers on how the standard drives greater accountability, prioritising the expectations of people affected by crises.

The launch will include two panels that will cover topics on the CHS relating to locally led actions, accountability to affected populations and to donors, as well as include a faith-based perspective. The launch is organised by Act Church of Sweden and co-hosted by Islamic Relief Sweden. 

The event will be conducted in English.
