Confirmation 2022: Faith, Hope and Love in a Damaged and Sacred World.

This will be a first! The Church of England and the Church of Sweden offer a joint Confirmation. The base is Storkyrkan - Stockholm Cathedral, and the Confirmation takes place in The English Church, Stockholm on the 25th June. The classes start on the 6th of March and the last date for registration is the 13th of February. Here's all the information!

For the first time a joint Confirmation is being offered by the Church of Sweden - (Storkyrkan - Stockholm Cathedral) and the Church of England (The English Church Stockholm). We can do this because the Church of England and the Church of Sweden are sister churches.

We're calling it

Faith, Hope and Love in a Damaged and Sacred World.

Beginning where we are, we journey together, drawing on our own experience and the rich resources of the churches (the bible, the buildings, the ritual, the spiritualities, the people...) and the resources of the city (its open spaces and shops and galleries and museums and government buildings...) while keeping eyes and hearts open to the wider world.
