Storkyrkan ligger mellan slottet och Stortorget. En kort promenad från T-centralen eller Kungsträdgården.

Röda eller gröna linjen - gå av vid station Gamla stan
Taxi:
Den närmaste adressen är Trångsund 1.
Tillgänglighet:
Storkyrkan har en anpassad ingång i syd-östra delen av kyrkan.
Ring: 08-723 30 16 för assistans.
Taxi adress för denna ingång är Slottsbacken 2.
Mesta interiören är tillgänglig för rullstollsanvändare.
Toaletter som är anpassade finns att tillgå - fråga en vaktmästare.
Parkering för färdmedel med tillstånd finns i närheten.

Det är tillåtet att fotografera/filma för privat bruk och om fotograferingen inte är störande. Om det är människor på bilden måste du be om tillstånd för att publicera bilden.

You find the Cathedral in the Old Town, in between the Royal Palace and Stortorget, in the very heart of medieval Stockholm.

Daily 9.30 AM - 5.00 PM
Please note, that we do not allow big bags, suitcases or bagpacks into the church room.
Audio guide in your mobile phone
The audio guide will take you from the building of the Cathedral through to the present day. You will learn about flying angels, St George and the dragon and other fascinating artefacts.
You will also hear about kings and queens, about the Protestant Reformation in Sweden and a battle between church and crown.
The audio guide comes with both sound and text and uses your mobile phone. Please, bring head phones!

Credits:
Nick Howe is Church of England Chaplain here in Stockholm. He often cooperates with his colleagues in the Church of Sweden and he comes to the Lutheran Cathedral several times a week. The way spirituality, political power and human vanity coexists in this cathedral, fascinates him.
Mary Philipson, though American by birth, she has been working as a priest in Church of Sweden her entire life. She loves this old building with all its hidden secrets.
