Opening Hours and Contact
Visby Cathedral Sankta Maria is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM, with few exceptions.
Vinter and summer opening hours
January 1 – June 21: 9 am–5 pm
June 22 – August 16: 9 am–9 pm
August 17 – August 30: 9 am–7 pm
August 31 – December 31: 9 am–5 pm
Special Opening Hours
During services, funerals, baptisms, weddings, and concerts, accessibility may be limited.
During the main Sunday service (11 AM – approx. 12:30 PM), guided visits inside the cathedral are not possible.
