Samtalskväll i Oscar Fredriks församlingshem
Måndagen den 2 juni kl 18-20 gästas vi av den skotske teologen John Philip Newell. Temat på kvällen är ”Helig jord” och John Philip Newell anses vara den främsta personen inom keltisk andlighet som lever idag. Han har skrivit böcker som “Christ of the Celts”, Listening for the heartbeat if God” och “The great search”.
Utifrån keltiska lärare som Pelagius, St Brigida, Columba och John Scotus Eriugena bjuds det in till en afton om den keltiska vördnaden för naturen och det gudomligt kvinnliga med en av världens främsta teologer i ämnet.
Värd för kvällen är Pontus Nilsen, präst.

On Monday evening, June 2, 6–8 PM we’re happy to welcome Scottish theologian John Philip Newell. The theme for the evening is “Sacred Earth.” Newell is known as one of today’s leading voices in Celtic spirituality and has written books such as “Christ of the Celts,” “Listening for the Heartbeat of God,” and “The Great Search.”
With inspiration from Celtic teachers like Pelagius, St. Brigid, Columba, and John Scotus Eriugena, the evening will focus on the Celtic view of nature and the divine feminine.
