Harvest Festival

Sunday 7 September, is our Harvest Festival, at the usual time of 11.00, and you are invited to bring flowers, fruit, vegetables, or other contributions to decorate the church, bring up in the harvest procession, and auction afterwards.  Bring what you can.  If it’s homegrown or homebaked, so much the better.  One choir member will be bringing eggs from her own hens.  Some of the offerings will be used to decorate the church on the Saturday (bring them on Friday afternoon or between 10 and 1 on Saturday); others will be brought to the altar in the harvest procession; and after our harvest lunch, they will all be auctioned.  The proceeds from the auction will be given to Stadsmissionen.
