A Time for Reflection

Lent is a time for reflection -  whether in personal prayer or public worship, through reading or participating in a study group.

In addition to our regular services, our assistant organist Anna Steppler and her friends are offering us a musical Lenten meditation on Saturday March 21 at 18:00, and those of you who have some free time in town on a Wednesday evening are welcome to join in our bilingual Midweek Mass / Onsdagsmässa at 19:30.

Alan Taylor's study group meets on Wednesdays at Nordostpassagen 23, beginning on February 25.  The theme this year is "Where is God?", and our former Archbishop, Rowan Williams, is one of the contributors to the course material.

If you would like to borrow a book, there is a selection on the "return pew" (the cupboard next to the font), or browse the shelves by the Children's Corner at the west end of the church.

Love Life, Live Lent

These lively and original booklets show us that Lent need not be all doom and gloom - following Jesus can be fun, too.

Of the children's booklets we ordered in 2013, we only have one left - but you can follow them on Twitter @LiveLent.

Sunday School and Family Services

SUNDAY SCHOOL meets during the 11.00 service on Sunday February 22.  Please be in church by 11.00 so that you can walk over to Haga together.

The next FAMILY SERVICE is on Sunday March 1 at 11.00, with music at its centre.

March 15 is MOTHERING SUNDAY according to the calendar of the Church of England, and our 11.00 service will be a Family Communion with Baptism.
