Reading of War Poems

To mark the centenary of the outbreak of World War I, there will be a reading of war poems in St Andrew's Church at 18.15 on Friday 7 November.

The British Club Poppy Day Tea is on Saturday 8 November, 13.00-15.00.  This year it is in Haga Församlingshem.

Our Remembrance Sunday service at 11.00 on Sunday 9 November is followed by wreath-laying and prayers at the Kviberg war graves at 12.30.

Pilgrimage Walk

On November 1, we begin with a coast path on the island of Hälsö and finish at the war graves - German and Commonwealth together - in Öckerö churchyard. Bus 290 to Burö ferry terminal leaves Nils Ericson terminal at 9.37, or you can join at the bus stop by the ferry terminal on Hönö at 10.25.  Lunch will be at the Nimbus restaurant.  Back in town around 15.00.

December 6: Mölndal to Botaniska.

St Andrew's Day Lunch

Our Festival Eucharist (11.00) and St Andrew's Day Lunch (13.00) this year is on Sunday 23 November.  Tickets must be bought or reserved by Sunday 16 November (adults 100 kr, children 7-15 50 kr, under 7 free).  The Sunday School will be meeting during the church service, and the children will stay in Haga Församlingshem until their parents collect them.
