In 1812, Vilhelmina parish was separated off from Åsele parish. This historic event will be commemorated in various ways throughout 2012. The main jubilee celebration will be held on June 16th-17th, 2012.

We are going to invite a number of guests who have special links with our parish and of course we hope that our good friends in Alberta, Canada, will be able to take part in the main jubilee celebration.
