Welcome to St Andrew's
Welcome to St Andrew's, the focus of the Church of England Chaplaincy of West Sweden, and home to an international, all-age congregation of long-term residents and short-stay visitors.
We are the oldest non-Lutheran congregation in Gothenburg, having worshipped in the city since 1747.
Come and join us for worship on Sundays, or at Open Church on Fridays.
Midweek Mass
Welcome to Midweek Mass, a quiet service in Swedish and English on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 1930. A joint venture with Jacob Svensson, Missionskyrkans pastor and teacher.
New Web Site
Welcome to our new web site.
In 2005, after we had had problems with our internet service provider, the Church of Sweden kindly allowed us space on their server. Now they are moving to a new web platform, and we must follow suit.
The new software takes a bit of getting used to, so please bear with us. Here are two hints:

2. To choose how to view a link, click the right mouse button.
Where
St Andrew's is at Hvitfeldtsgatan 2, opposite Hemköp supermarket. Tram stops Hagakyrkan (across the canal) and Grönsäkstorget. 20 minutes walk from Central Station.
