• The Reopening of the Swedish Theological Institute

  The Swedish Theological Institute was reopened on the 22nd of March. Bishop Munib Younan performed the reopening and the Director Håkan Bengtsson greeted welcome. The building committee was acknowledged for the project. Then the lecture by Professor Mona Siddiqui followed. Professor Marc Zvi Brettler gave a response. Escaping the cold evening the guests moved indoors and enjoyed the good food and fellowship.

• The 2012 International Course

  The 2012 International Course has started at the Swedish Theological Institute in Jerusalem. This year’s topic is “Women’s Roles in Peace and Reconciliation”. The course stared on the 29th of January and will continue for seven weeks until the 18th of March

• The Film Harbour of Hope

  On the evening the 26th of January the Swedish documentary film ”Harbour of Hope” was screened at the Cinemateque in Jerusalem.
